For this project we used print making to make different types of flowers for our bouquets. We used a pencil to make our flower design in a thin piece of foam. Next we used rollers to roll ink/paint onto the foam and then stamp it onto a white piece of paper. Lastly we cut the flowers out along with a vase and glued it onto the background and drew stems.
For an extension activity, I would have the students each write a letter of the alphabet. This would be for much younger students who are just beginning to learn their letters. After the students are finished we would be able to hang them up in alphabetical order in the room so they have a reminder of their letters in the alphabet.
